One vision. Five companies. A foundation that changes lives.
Every guest who visits supports the whole ecosystem.
It all began in 2011, when two men and their families from two different continents were brought together by chance. What started as a friendship soon grew into a strong bond, leading us to purchase a piece of land with a shared dream: to create something truly special. Our vision was simple yet powerful — to build a place where guests' Dreams Come True, where we could give back to others, and where our children — our future successors — would feel proud of the legacy their fathers began.
Today, Kofi, as CEO and co-owner, oversees the operations of all Lemon Group companies, while David, in his role as a Developmental Chief in Elmina (Nana Ekow Ankama I.), is dedicated to philanthropic work that uplifts the community.

NGO · Elmina
Our NGO connects guests with talented local children in need. With 70 sponsored kids and 35 step-parents, every stay at Lemon Beach contributes to education, community development, and sustainable change in Elmina.
Three concrete ways our guests can help children and teachers in Elmina.
$250 / year
Cover one child's entire school year — uniforms, books, shoes, all fees, and daily meal money. You choose the school and the child, and can hand over the supplies in person when you visit.
$600
Fund a full repaint of a classroom block so children study in a bright, welcoming space. One donation covers materials and labour end to end.
$60
Replace a worn desk with a sturdy new class table that will serve students for years. A small gift with a daily impact.
Lemon Beach Resort invests from its profit back into the community. Whoever stays with us is contributing as well.

2025
Together with the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Ghana, the company Raynet, and students from the University of Economics, we are delivering 450 tables to classrooms in the Elmina area—helping move students from learning on the floor to learning comfortably at proper desks.

2025
The school had no electricity and suffered roof leaks during the rainy season. Lemon Beach Resort put together a 70,000 GHS budget for electricity wires and fans. The lights are on.

2022–2026
MEDEVAC, a Czech-government initiative, delivers free surgical procedures to civilians in need. Czech doctors visit Ghana every four months and perform around 40 surgeries per trip.
